Abstract

Introduction: The Improvement and Modernization Measures against Gender violence, approved on July 27, 2021, represent the update of the corresponding Law 1/2004, and involve the entire society in the eradication of the structural problem that is going away. happening between generations. Purpose/ Objectives: Demonstrate the Violet Points, for support and information on the resources available to victims of gender violence and sexual assaults; and as a new proposal to raise awareness about action protocols and resources, in the face of sexist violence in the 20th century. XXI. Methodology: An analysis of the application of the Violeta Points has been carried out, with specific examples at different scales. Various telephone interviews have also been carried out with government entities, social and professional organizations involved in the organization and provision of the Violet Points in the city of Valladolid. Results and discussion/contribution/originality of the contribution: The versatility of the Violet Points is exposed, with different examples of telematic and in-person application, between the ephemeral nature of festive spaces and the permanent nature of nightlife venues, hospitality, large platforms, public transport, museums, employment offices and; alluding more specifically to some cases from Valladolid. In all cases, the Violet Points are revealed as instruments against gender violence, which extends its involvement to a large part of the current social structure.
