He performs tasks before his employer subject to different physical, biological and ergonomic risks. He endures stressful situations that can trigger health problems, from mild to serious, affecting his being and his family environment. When diagnosed with a chronic disease, she must carry out her treatment and at the same time must continue working, cancer being one of them. The paradigm applied in this reflection article is the critical partner. The conclusions; Nursing staff must be cared for, they must take care of themselves and enjoy good health, for this support from the authorities is needed.
