Changes in banking and its impact on financial sector employees in Mexico

Abstract
The objective of this article is to study the effects that have been working on changing forms of work organization on the bench. To do this, we turn to employment statistics and interviews with employees of this sector. The result shows that the changes led to a deterioration of working conditions of women accompanied by a deepening of gender discrimination.Downloads
