La falsificación de las relaciones públicas en el autogolpismo latinoamericano: el caso Fujimori
Abstract
From the decade of the eighty in Latin America it has passed of the military dictatorships to the civil governments chosen democratically and in agreement with the forms and technologies (skills) of public professional relations as instrument of communication. Nevertheless, elect presidents for popular majority, as Fujimori in Peru or Highland in Guatemala, will distort the actions of public relations in its phase of execution up to reaching a public favorable opinion that rests the general aim(lens) of its strategic plans on political communication: the autoblow of State, period that it will finish with the democratic system giving step to the authoritarianism and later constitutional restricted system.Downloads
