Politics, information and corruption: Italian and Spanish cases
Abstract
Starting from the relationship between the Italian and Spanish press and the levels of corruption perceived in the same social context, we analyzes the ability of newspapers to adequately disseminate information about political corruption and to inform the public about the phenomenon . The reason lies in changing the methods of information dissemination: in the ‘real time’ information age by independent sources (internet and social networks), it is appropriate to doubt the degree of transparency and effectiveness of the newspapers compared to other means of distribution?Downloads
