Measurements tangled. The Importance of Media-Cultural Indicators for the Analysis of Media Systems
Abstract
This paper presents the basis for conducting an investigation into the media-cultural indicators, essential instruments for the analysis of media environments today. The relevance of this study is based on the new features in media systems, determined by cultural approval generated by globalization but also by the characteristics of instruments created by international entities which are subjected to various stresses synergies. Therefore, it is essential to know the nature of the measurement tools of media environments to discern whether the analysis is performed through them is effective.Downloads
