Courtesy: verbal and non-verbal codes at interpersonal communication
Abstract
A society can be conceived and evolve when its members know and practice current and flexible codes of conduct that facilitate and enhance relationships. A set of standards built around the principle of respectful naturalness adapted to current times, specific social environment, particular situation and people, dictate participation and social interaction. Throughout history, courtesy has been a key element of interpersonal communication.Downloads
