Abstract
This article tries to analyze, through experience and research, the importance of training and competency assessment in the curriculum within the framework of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). It focuses on the evaluation of competencies through rubrics or assessment matrices, which facilitate a training assessment with feedback, without ignoring the teacher’s capabilities and skills to achieve an effective teaching and learning process in the student.
