Abstract

The paper discusses some policies border integration in health sector and the tension with the territorial sovereignty of the state, establishing national processes of funding and attention to the border population. The research also emphasizes the tactics of the residents who live in Paraguay and seek social rights and benefits on the Brazilian side, as well as the methods of supervision and control of these actions.
