Abstract
The contents of the library of the Monastery of Calatrava according to the inventory of the book of visits of 1495. This group of books was given to the monastery by the first sacristan friar Bartolomé de Almodóvar so that the friars would read and be taught. Although works of a religious character predominate, books about the subjects that constituted the studia humanitatis also abound. Books in the library of Calatrava are identif ed according to the said inventory.Downloads
