From archaeology to the imagined story of the past
Abstract
On this occasion, we take a closer look at the narrative inspired by archaeology through the story that Teresa Chapa wrote for a book published some years ago. A narration that acts as a reflection of her knowledge and interests throughout her long research career in the field of Iberian protohistory. A type of imagined composition that has also been used by other archaeologists of the past such as José Ramón Mélida or Manuel Gómez-Moreno and which is understood as a way of bringing their knowledge to life and imagining specific situations in the history of the past. We close these pages with some of the memories of this lady of the lived with this lady of Iberianism.
