El oligopolio catalán en los medios de comunicación españoles: un estudio longitudinal

Abstract

With the present work we try to bring up to date an investigation which we began in 1998, and that we have been updating until today, such as the Catalonian oligopoly in Spanish mass media. From beginnings of XXIth. century he political and mediatic landscape in Spain has changed much , and this oligopoly has gone in crescendo, to become a phenomenon that does not have comparison in any country of the First World. For that reason, this work has the character of a longitudinal study, that consists on evaluating a characteristic of a certain group of people throughout the time and allow to obtain data on that characteristic throughout the time.
