Anti-Discrimination Policy

The journal Cuadernos de Gobierno y Administración Pública is committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination in Science. For this reason, it promotes equality between men and women, and the use of non-discriminatory and non-sexist language in scientific publications.

Specifically, the magazine undertakes the following actions:

  • Maintenance of a balance in the percentage of women and men that are part of the Editorial Board and the Advisory Board.
  • Search for a balance between male and female reviewers of the papers sent to the journal.
  • Incorporation in the editorial policy of the journal of specific recommendations in favor of the use of non-discriminatory and non-sexist language in scientific articles. The articles will not contain assumptions about the beliefs or adherences of the readers, they will avoid any claim of superiority regarding race, sex, culture or any other characteristic. In the articles, language free of bias will be used, using terms that avoid stereotypes.
  • Inclusion in the journal of the full name of the authors of the works published.
