Digitization as an element of exclusion from the labor market: protection policies
Abstract
The irruption of digitization in the labor market has led to its transformation. Fundamental rights, schedules, disconnection..., classical institutions are called into question. Its action on labor relations unfolds its effects in the social protection system, offering an uncertain panorama in it. The analysis of how a new social coverage model has to be articulated constitutes the object of this work. In this, a classic methodology has been followed in legal disciplines, the identification of the problem, its regulatory analysis and the preparation of proposals.
