A public administration in the future economically sustainable and innovative in the context of globalization
Abstract
This article will be focused on three major challenges faced by the Public Administration in the future: a) its economic sustainability, that specialists foresee as complex or almost impossible; b) its ability to be innovative in the context of a learning society, possibility onto which specialists remain skeptical; c) its relocation in the context of globalization and a greater role of the local dimension hand in hand with large cities. These three challenges are crucial to face the future of Public Administration. The hypothesis of this paper is that these three crossroads can be resolved with solvency by Public Administration if there is a strong, consistent, strategic and proactive political vision.
