Abstract

Pedro Dorado Montero (1861-1919) was a well known professor at the Law Faculty in Salamanca from 1892 to 1919. His penal theory and legal thought were very famous and had got him international reputation, but his philosophical and metaphysical ideas are entirely unknown nowadays. This paper examines the main issues in Dorado’s theory of Man.
