The Ortega’s impact. The perception of his disciples and collaborators
Abstract
Ortega took care to transfer his pedagogical ideas to his achievement as professor at the Spanish University. Many of his disciples have left evidence of this, as analysed here. He was for them, above all, an example, an example of life, of vital orientation, of intellectual sincerity in their philosophical work. In this article we do not analyse Ortega's philosophy, what we have done in other texts, but rather the impact that the «person» Ortega caused on his collaborators and disciples. Although it is something studied, it has never been presented in this synthetic way that shows the magnitude of the impact that Ortega produced in the intellectual world of the Silver Age of the Spanish culture.
