On the paradoxes from the "Book of Animals"
Abstract
In the first place, it highlights the resemblance of books between 7th and 8th in the Felix -Book of Wonders-, which gives a subject for the Book of Animals, and its similarity with Book of contemplation. From this perspective, the potential audience of these works would be the Apostolics. It is suggesting that condemned community read the Book of Animals. Overall, starting from an Lullian interpretation about tropology, regarding to metaphors and symbolism in these works.
