Love, a strangely expressive intercoporeality

Abstract

This paper describes the characterization of the phenomenon of love from a phenomenological perspective, understood as an experience that resists any attempt at conceptualization or categorization and can anticipate such attempts. For the examination of such determination, intercorporeality is taken as an expressive nucleus that can show the non-univocity of interpersonal relations, which express the inevitable intertwining between the spheres of the self and the stranger in a pathic dimension, where the other is never given to me completely. This makes love reveal itself as a halo of uncertainty that engages and knows beyond what it knows. More than a feeling it will be a presentiment that seeks to make its own truth or reality beneath all obviousness or observation.
