Abstract
A discourse has been established (in this paper) that revises the artistic trajectory of Jose Luis Sanchez in order to understand the reasons why he is so dedicated to his work as a sculptor through the investigation of the meaning and the motivation of his work. For this reason, his sculptures have been studied from two different perspectives: as creation (idea-process-result) and as a way of integrating an artistic expression into a social environment being the works incorporated into architecture the ones that fulfil this double purpose.Downloads
