The formation of movable artistic heritage in the Cordovan convents of Dominican Mothers
Abstract
We would like to emphasize with this piece the important work that feminine gender has developed about the artistic heritage in the Cordovan Dominican Mothers from Modern Age. It was for and from them that the hoarding of art pieces arose within the cloistered convents. Even though his purpose a priori suggests that responds to concerns of fervor and devotion of the community and its benefactors, the documentary evidence shows us, not only the channels and the degree of community participation but also the individual effort in the formation of the artistic heritage of movable nature.
