The king’s palatial places in Castile and Granada. Messages beyond forms
Abstract
The palatine architecture specializes during the later Middle Ages in the Kingdoms of Hispania, specially in Castile and Granada, in a pioneering process with regard to Europe. This complex and essential process within the Genesis of Modern State will be analyzed from the point of view of Art History, stretching all the Mediterranean context. This article studies, specially, the architectonical structure consist of triumphal arch, square and throne hall on the upper floor.Downloads
