Places for devotional and liturgical ceremonies of the Trastámara monarchy
Abstract
According to the experience of the Trastámara dinasty in Castile, this work studies the most important liturgical and religious ceremonies of the Monarchy to pay attention to the use of space. Three issues are considered: what were the main liturgical ceremonies of the monarchy? How were the royal chapels used? How were the royal palaces used? The result of this analysis is that these ceremonies were held in cathedrals and religious buildings.Downloads
