Abstract
Why the precariat is not a «bogus concept»
Taking as a starting point an article published in the New Left Review, and using it as a pretext, to open a discussion more based on his book about The precariat, the author discusses and clarifies its thesis, opening the discussion on the topics covered in his new book, A precariat charter. His thesis is that the precariat, a class-in-construction, is the first social class of masses in history that has been sys-tematically losing rights conquered by citizens. Then, why is the new dangerous class and how it is differentiated from other social classes in the global develop-ment of the working process?
