Antipietistische Satire und Dokument problematischer weiblicher Identität: Luise Adelgunde Victorie Gottscheds Die Pietisterey im Fischbein-Rocke; Oder die Doctormäßige Frau
Abstract
Luise Adelgunde Victorie Gottsched's Pietisterey im Fischbein-Rocke (1736) stands at the beginning of German Enlightenment comedy. The play translates the satirical attack against Jansenism of its French model into the religious quarrels between Pietists and orthodox Lutherans in Germany. Besides, the comedy criticises the presumptions of pretentiously learned women. The following essay introduces the form, contents and sources of the comedy, elucidates its historical background and seeks an appropriate evaluation.La obra de Luise Adelgunde Victorie Gottsched Pietisterey im Fischbein-Rocke (1736) se sitúa en los inicios de la comedia de la Ilustración alemana. La pieza traslada la sátira contra el jan-senismo de un modelo francés a las disputas religiosas entre pietistas y luteranos ortodoxos en Alemania. Además critica la presunción de las supuestas mujeres pseudoilustradas. El artículo presenta la forma, el contenido y la fuente de la comedia, al tiempo que aclara el trasfondo histórico y trata de ofrecer una valoración adecuada de la misma.
