Emprendimiento social: un análisis bibliométrico y revisión de literatura

Resumen
El emprendimiento social es un campo de estudio que en las últimas décadas ha estado ocupando un creciente interés tanto por instituciones académicas, organizaciones vinculadas al campo de la ciudadanía y la administración pública- en virtud del relevante impacto económico y social. Esta revisión, mediante técnicas de análisis bibliométricas, se enfoca en identificar los principales autores, países, revistas e instituciones de mayor producción científica en el tema. Además, analiza los principales frentes y líneas de investigación que acompañan al emprendimiento social en la literatura científica registrada en la base de datos de la Web of Science (WoS), a través del software ‘Bibliometrix’. También se pone de manifiesto la cantidad, calidad y alcance de estas contribuciones, orientando a futuros investigadores. Como uno de los resultados del estudio, se determinó, en cuatro cuadrantes temáticos, las principales líneas de investigación que acompañan las investigaciones en los temas de emprendimiento social, las cuales hacen referencia: al valor social, el emprendedor social, la innovación y la empresa social.
