The value of experience. Testimonies from women educators from the 20th century for teacher training
Abstract
The aim of the study is to analyse the learning shown by the students of the Degrees in Education and Pedagogy of the Complutense University of Madrid and the University of Valladolid, after the implementation of training projects that take the voice of these educators of the 20th century school to reflect on gender equality in education and the contributions of teachers in terms of equality and cooperation. The results demonstrate the interest of these practices for the formation of students' critical awareness, becoming inspirational lessons for their professional future.
