Abstract

The article analyzes political participation in the social networks of the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) from 2019-2022. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the digitalization process increased decisively in public institutions. Process of expanding citizenship that leads to the development of pronounced digital gaps, especially among users with less education, less income and older age. Furthermore, the examination of the emoticons of the social network Facebook, the most used, allows an approach to the development of a polarized emotional picture in citizens, between those who like and accept the information from the SUNAT and those who are bothered by it. and sadden the same contents. The research is longitudinal, a pre-test survey was carried out, an analysis of political participation and emoticons was carried out using Facebook Big Data.
