The social construction of the market and its impact on the intermediation and legitimization of the Argentine University Foundations.
Abstract
This article focuses on the process of creation, intermediation and legitimization of the Foundations of the Argentine Public Universities in the context of the last 30 years. In this process, the social construction of the market is the key to understanding how Foundations arise and legitimize in these complex organizations. For this, the qualitative methodology, of content analysis of Statutes corresponding to ten University Foundations, is used. In conclusion, the work of these Foundations, that still persists today, legitimizes the process of intermediation between the Public Universities and the context of the Argentine market.
