Abstract

Sensory perception tells us about the perception of the world, that is why, deciphering a context, will allow us to reconstruct and re-compose the cultural values of that moment.

We will seek to delineate this rediscovery of the body through the selected heuristic material, where the sensory approach will be a bridge to understand the complexity of the disease.

The first approach of the doctor will be through touch. In this sense, by contiguity and proximity, hand and touch have been, since ancient times, linked to healing and pain relief.
