Abstract

This article tries to be a gender approach to transmission systems or broken patriarchy through one of the best known works of English literature from the early nineteenth century: Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. To this end, will be clarified how works the gender economy in that novel facing and comparing it with the time being educational processes and the first signs of women individualization on modern societies.
