This essay aims to be an epistemological reflection and ethical politics about the role of the Fear to the other, emerging in the same binary and hegemonic constitution of a oneself, whose phantasmagoric and hyper-real existence hangs of the reactive mechanisms that the disdain trigger about the othernessgic Software5.
