Abstract
The first compasses of century XXI are marked by the attacks of the international terrorism of islamics, a situation that some experts consider like the Third World war in whom states do not face, but groups of fanatics organized against the structures of the western world. Some governors advocate the use of the force to eliminate this threat, but others defend the dialogue to surpass this new threat. The movements from various groups of East and West, political and religious essentially assert that their actions based on dialogue, but really is true or support much of this speech in the propaganda?.Downloads
