Balance sobre la comunicación en la segunda mitad del siglo XX

Abstract

This article aims to offer a synthesis of the state of communication, in the second half of the twentieth century from different focus, showing the connection between history of communication with the theory of communication, politics, right of the information, international relations, etc. In that period the problems of information and communication exceeded the frame of the academic and professional interest and constituted the gordiano knot of the global society that characterizes the end of the XX century. The political and international dimension of the communicative phenomena has evolved the main point.
