Communication between victims and victimizers of the war in Colombia: approach to personal and social change agencies
Abstract
The processes of communication between victims and victimizers within the period of the Colombian armed conflict, were instituted by the State in the framework of transitional justice as requirements for the demobilization, around a society that seeks to leave the war. However, it is a limited communication and sometimes coerced, to the detriment of the freedom of the victims to demand the truth about the atrocious facts. This work approaches the communicative experiences of victims and victimizers, through interviews and conversations with members of civil organizations, which allow us to show the differences between institutionalized communication and that which is managed by the subjects without the intervention of the State
