Abstract

After the Second World War, the Giral government launched a film propaganda campaign with the aim of obtaining support against Franco and obtaining resources for the relief of the refugees. Guillermo Fernández Zuñiga's film, Spain in exile, allows us to analyze both the political message and the humanitarian need of the Spanish republicans exiled in France.
