War of mines and Photojournalism of war in front of the University City of Madrid: La Casa de Velázquez in the Spanish Civil War.
Abstract
This article analyzes the importance and usefulness of the photograph taken at the war front of the City University to document the effects of blasting mining in campus buildings during the period of the Spanish Civil War. The usefulness of these photographs is given by the precision with which the transaction date was entered by specifying day, month and year. This precision serves to date other pictures that remains still exact date. It is exemplified this with a photograph of HistoricalA rchives of the Communist Party of Spain.Downloads
