The women of the Russian Revolution: the other great revolution
Abstract
This research is based on the invisibility of women in the Russian Revolution. Historical documents have focused on the male protagonists. However, three women led a feminist movement, which must be investigated, on the occasion of the centenary. Through a bibliographical revision, in Spanish, English and Russian, we delved into the life and work of Inessa Armand (1874-1920), Aleksandra Kollontai (1872-1952), Nadiezhda Krúpskaya (1869-1939) and the Jenotdel or Department of Working Women and Peasant Women.Downloads
