The interest in Cuban insurrection (1953-1958) in The United States: The New York Times as influential newspaper
Abstract
The objective of this article is to reflect the growing media interest by Cuba in the United States during the last two years of the insurrectional stage (1957-1958) through one of its main newspapers: The New York Times. The analysis is part of studies on the public dimension of Latin American revolutions and armed movements, which opens a new way for analyzing this type of historical processes.Downloads
