Internet and the “liberated voices” control in the emergence of the digital paradigm
Abstract
This article analyzes the issues of online access, search and privacy, from the viewpoint of plurality in the digital context, based on the reference literature on Internet control. The purpose is to identify critical practices, associated with the issue of control of voices in a time of emergence of the deliberative and social movements. Additionally, we analyze some ambiguities in the digital, the algorithmic logic of exclusion in the new paradigm (an obstacle to the autonomous social dynamics in the digital), as well as a kind of invisible censorship, which models the new system, its openness and democratization.Downloads
