Abstract
This article deals with theprofessional identityof teachersand howthe artscancontributetoits development.We analyze theprofessional competencesof teachersand the importance of communication, emphasizing therelevance ofreflective practice andsignificant learningina collaborative environmentthat take into accountsocial interactionand negotiationofknowledge.The arts disciplines promote social tools that allow people to build their identities, such as verbal and nonverbal communication, critical thinking and the exchange of experiences.Downloads
