Abstract

We attended a breakneck social evolution, consequence of changes in production models of the information society. In this context, in the century XXI, labor demand has little to do with just two decades ago. Our society requires basic skills focused on adaptability and mobility, considered both in terms of geography and knowledge. This requires education systems to educate new knowmads (nomads of knowledge), because they will be forced to redefine their working environments frequently.
