Abstract

The main objective of the Enrichment Programs should not be the curricular improvement, but the psychological intervention in different areas of the development: social, affective, emotional,… This way, we have tried to get the best adjustment of the gifted students to the scholar and familiar environment. Besides, we have designed strategies and activities to improve formation in values and emotional intelligence. Nowadays, we have improved all the programs after different assessment processes. We present in this paper a summary of one of the programs in order to promote an opened discussion about the importance of gifted education further on the traditional intellectual aspects. That is: values, socialization and emotional intelligence (inter and intra personal)
