Brief notes on freedom of expression in the Italian legal system

Abstract

In these few pages we are going to explain , even if shortly the argument of speach fredoom in the Italian law. It is a part of the most general issue of Constitutional liberties. The Italian Constitution of 1948 expresly refers to freedom of expression, ex art. 21 of the Costitution. Undoubtledly, this freedom has undergone a change, if not a real revolution engaged of various internal and external factors to the Italian law system.

In this contest we have been critically reported the some different positions and reflections of doctrine and case law, leaving out intentionally press system and its relative means of expressions, which the Constituent Assembly devotes particular attention resending to a more suitable place.
