Estudio bibliométrico y de calidad de la revista Cuadernos de Trabajo Social (1987-2008)
Abstract
By means of this bibliometric and quality study of Cuadernos de Trabajo Social, this paper seeks to present the trajectory of the journal through its 21 years of life. The evaluation shows the production of articles by the number of papers per year, by author, author typology (individual or collective), sex, geographic origin of the authors (countries), authors’ institutional affiliation, number of signatures per article and the subjects of the published works using the different keywords given by the authors. In addition, it examines other kinds of contributions such as book reviews, presentations and notes. Lastly, the visibility and relevance of the journal compared to publications within its scientific field are analyzed using impact indicators. The study concludes with some suggestions to optimize the journal.Downloads
