Abstract

This article presents the statistical quality control as an applicable instrument to the social services quality control. Although statistical quality control has its origin and main applications un the industrial production, we think its possible and suitable to implement it to the production of social services, where it can be carried out at an atribute level and, considering a number of limitations, at a variable level. The use of this technique in the social services production means an advance for these services management and an important tool to improve their quality.
