Housing policy in Europe. Factors of general interest from the Social Services perspective
Abstract
This article seeks to address the matter of social sector housing policies in the European Union. It deals with the recognition of social housing as a social service of general interest and its role in achieving social and territorial cohesion, as well as with the challenges facing housing policy in the current economic and financial environment. Briefly discusses the European trend in social housing policy and the difficulties of the management models used in the Member States of the European Union.Downloads
