Judgement: a name, a concept, some examples
Abstract
A brief presentation is made on the meaning of the word-concept sentence, elaborated by the canonical world from the construction of the process. It is observed how this term was formulated and reformulated by jurists outside official normative provisions, and this jurisprudential work continues until practically the time of the Codification.
