Nuevas normas sobre diálogo social europeo: la información y consulta de los trabajadores en la Comunidad Europea
Abstract
This article puts forward a legal analysis of two new Community directives developing the European Company Statute insofar as workers are concerned. They also set out a general framework for worker information and consultation in the European Community. Also, six directives regulating workers’ rights to information and consultation are examined. The observation is made that implementation of these directives in the national legal systems will lead to an uneven impact, and the conclusion is reached that transposition into the Spanish legal system may serve as a window of opportunity for regulating certain aspects of workers in national company groups.Downloads
