Abstract

We present the experience of the Group of Crimes against the Historical Heritage of Extremadura, which was employed between 1994 and 1997 at diverse cases related to crimes and infractions of the Law of Historical Spanish Heritage. Together with the general framework and its operative organization, we discuss some of the most representative cases, with unequal conclusions, and a general valuation of this experience inside the general problematics of the struggle against the infractions at Archaeological Heritage
